How it works
Fill
Pour chilled cream into a whipper, with sugar or flavouring if you like.
Charge
Add N₂O from an 8g charger, or from an Infuso cylinder through a whipper appliance.
Dispense
Shake and pipe onto desserts, hot drinks and cocktails.
