We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Here is what delivery costs and how long it takes.
Delivery charges
- Free UK delivery on orders with a basket subtotal of £120 or more (before VAT).
- £2.99 + VAT flat rate on orders under £120.
Prices on our site are shown without VAT. VAT is added at checkout, and you will see the delivery charge before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day. Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Gas cylinders
CO₂ and N₂O cylinders are pressurised, so we send them within the United Kingdom only. N₂O products are sold for food and drink preparation only.
If something is wrong with your delivery
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, or has not arrived when expected, email us at streamholdingsltd@gmail.com with your order number. If anything is damaged, please include photos of the item and its packaging.
