Refunds and Returns Policy

At Infuso, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change-of-mind purchases, except where required by law.

Gas cylinders

We cannot reliably verify how much gas remains in a cylinder once gas has been dispensed. For that reason, we do not accept discretionary change-of-mind returns of cylinders that have been used or returned empty.

If you have a legal right to cancel an online order, contact us at infusostream@gmail.com. Where the law allows, we may make a deduction if use of the cylinder has reduced its value.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products

This policy does not affect your legal rights. If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, contact us at infusostream@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll review it and provide any remedy required by law, which may include a replacement or refund.

Online orders

Some online, phone, and mail orders can be cancelled within a period set by law. Exceptions may apply, including to certain goods that deteriorate quickly or sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after opening.

Where you have a legal right to cancel, contact us at infusostream@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request. We’ll explain the return and refund steps that apply.

In-store purchases

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or offer refunds for in-store purchases, except where required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
